Cozy Tudor Bungalow in Waco

The stay was tolerable, but a severe sewer smell in the kitchen and a major shortage of towels make this house one we would never book again. The Good:The location and overall space worked fine for our group of three. The Bad:Sewer Smell- A nauseating sewer odor filled the kitchen the entire week. We could not enjoy any meals at the house because of it.Lack of Towels- We stayed for seven days with only four shower towels for three guests. We asked for more, but management did not bring them until the day before we checked out.No Laundry- The lack of an in-house washer and dryer made it very inconvenient to wash the few towels we had.Final Verdict:We would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to others until these serious maintenance and service issues are fixed.

The house was nice. Only thing that was a pain was the shower facets, you had to play with it to get the water to turn off, one bathroom sink did not have water coming out, and the kitchen sink clogged very easily. The rooms were clean and comfy, and they had nice toiletries in the bathrooms for guests to use.

This rental house was clean and the rooms were spacious. However, the bunk bed squeaks with any movement, the half bath sink did not work properly, and extra linens/towels/hangers would be helpful. The street traffic can be loud at night.
